(1) Google adsense, add google ads to the left handside of the blog if possible, and to the top using link units.

(3) Infolinks, signup with infolinks.com and insert the javascript code they give you into the footer section before the closing body tag. This will turn certain keywords listed in your posts into affiliate links.

Obviously, if you have run out of space on the left handside and centre, then add them to the right handside of the page.
